Altitude Software signs on SC Soft for three SEA markets

PORTUGESE omni-channel solutions provider Altitude Software said it has reached an agreement with SC Soft for the distribution, implementation and support of the Altitude uCI contact centre software solution across Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
SC Soft is focused on serving the banking, transportation and manufacturing industries with solutions ranging from full self-service ATM networks, to automatic fare collection systems and bicycle rental vending kiosks, the two companies said in a joint statement.
The Altitude uCI suite would enable the Singapore-headquartered company to deliver a complete and cost-effective contact centre solution, they added.
“Developing relationships with established partners in fast-growing markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore is key to our business strategy,” said Altitude Software chief executive officer Alfredo Redondo (pic above).
“The combined solutions and services from SC Soft and Altitude Software will empower organisations to serve their customers with greater consistency and efficiency,” he added.
Research firms estimate that IT spending in Indonesia and Malaysia will continue to record double-digit year-on-year growth by the end of 2015.
This trend is further expected to continue through the decade as “the growth of pillars of Third Platform technologies such as cloud, social media, mobility and big data are apparent across many enterprises,” IDC said in a recent report.
“The Altitude uCI solution is an excellent fit for Asian market requirements, providing a lower total cost of ownership, as well as the ability to continuously boost customer experience and reduce organisations’ operational costs,” said SC Soft chief executive officer Dr Joule Lee.
Altitude Software said its solutions help companies in 80 countries unify all customer interactions and become more customer-centric.
Altitude uCI (Unified Customer Interaction) is a modular software platform that handles all customer interactions and unifies all touch points, in the contact centre and throughout any organisation, it added.
“True blending of all communication channels and applications, efficient workflow management, mobile app integration and tools for agent motivation are just a few of key customer interaction management features which help contact centres meet the challenging requirements and needs of today’s customer,” said Altitude Software business development director Jose Ramos.
