The global provider of contact centre, unified communications, and business process automation software and services, has spent about RM2 million (US$620,000) on its expansion, it said in response to queries from Digital News Asia (DNA).
“We are excited about the move as it is a testament to our growth in the region,” said Simon Lee, Interactive Intelligence regional director for Asia.
“As the Asia Pacific Hq, we are servicing over 1,000 clients – hence the requirement for a new environment with more facilities and manpower.
