Dell Malaysia appoints new MD

  • Outgoing managing director CS Tang retiring after 17 years with company
  • Goh currently executive director of Dell’s fulfilment and logistics unit in APAC

Dell Malaysia appoints new MDDELL Malaysia has appointed Goh Theng Lai (pic) its new managing director, succeeding Tang Ching Siang who is retiring after 17 years with the company.
 
Goh joined Dell in 1996 and currently works as the executive director of its Global Inbound Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics division across Asia Pacific and Japan.
 
His role has been expanded to include responsibility for Dell Malaysia from Aug 1, the company said in a statement.
 
“I am deeply honored and excited to be given the opportunity to lead Dell Malaysia’s operations and continue to build on the very strong foundation we have in serving the community and our customers,” Goh said.
 
“I strongly believe that with my experience at Dell and with the support of our dedicated and talented team, we are well positioned to provide end-to-end IT solutions that give customers the power to do more.
 
“I would like to thank Tang for his contributions in strengthening Dell Malaysia and its strategies,” he added.
