- TrustSphere Relationship Analytics solutions running over IBM’s Domino platform
INDONESIAN chemical company PT Crystal Anugerah Abadi has deployed Singapore-headquartered TrustSphere’s ‘relationship analytics’ solutions on top of its IBM Domino email platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
This would help Crystal improve the effectiveness of its sales force, better manage risk, and enhance collaboration, TrustSphere said in a statement.
Crystal provides solutions for water treatment, paper processing, and plant and system surveying.
TrustSphere said its Relationship Analytics solutions analyse email communication logs without accessing the actual email content, allowing Crystal to gain insights into its corporate relationships, both internally and externally.
Through these solutions, Crystal was able to improve performance in areas such as sales, risk management and people management, the Singapore company claimed.
“The insights gained with TrustSphere’s Relationship Analytics have had an immediate, positive impact across our business lines and the organisation as a whole,” said Crystal chairman and founder Sofjan Arsjad.
“The rich data analytics we now have, on top of IBM Domino, have helped us achieve superior ROI (return on investment) and better understand our organisation's relationships,” he added.
Crystal’s technology implementation was carried out by prismA Global Solusi, an IBM business partner and TrustSphere’s partner in Indonesia.
“We are delighted that a leading client such as Crystal is able to benefit from our unique Relationship Analytics,” said TrustSphere chief executive officer Manish Goel.
