Binus Group partners Workday to accelerate digital transformationBINA NUSANTARA (Binus) Group has selected cloud software player, Workday, to accelerate its digital transformation journey and build greater business agility, as the Indonesia-based integrated education institution strategically pivots to the cloud. 

In a statement, Binus said digital transformation is a key pillar of its Binus 2035 strategic plan and the partnership with Workday will support the group in moving its people and finance operations to the cloud to drive data-driven decisions, empower a skills-ready workforce, and future-proof the organisation.

As a private education provider, Binus employs over 4,500 employees across 15 nationwide locations.

With plans for future expansion and rapid business development, the group said it is transforming its business operations and processes to stay ahead of the rapid pace of change in today’s digital-and cloud-first environment.

To bolster its digital transformation strategy, Binus will deploy Workday’s suite of enterprise cloud applications for financial and human capital management.

With a complete picture of all operations and workflows on one unified platform, the group said it will be able to leverage a single source of truth to harness the power of data analytics for real-time insights and smarter business decisions that deliver sustained business value. 

Workday will also provides a dynamic understanding of the workforce’s skills and capabilities to support Binus in implementing talent strategies and skills initiatives that enhance the employee experience and elevate performance. 

The duration of implementation is one year and is projected to go live in early 2023.
