“’OneSmile’ app helps to connect and combine all transactions, existing platforms and functions into one handheld. This definitely facilitates BSD City residents and netizens who want to visit, work, or study here,” says ‘OneSmile’ project leader Yanto Suryawan in a press conference.
How it works
Users can download the ‘OneSmile’ app and sign up with an email account to use the features. The app is currently only available on Android but will soon be available for iOS.
Yanto adds that some features such as payment systems for PUB bills and food or grocery delivery were made especially for BSD city’s residents. Other features can be used by the general public.

For customer care services, ‘OneSmile’ is affiliated with Qlue.
More features are being developed and new features such as GPS tracking, surveillance camera view, and a smart home button will be implemented.
“This is the only first step for us. We are developing, innovating, and combining the latest technology to can make ‘OneSmile’ a part of everyday life in BSD City,” said PT. Kresna Graha Investama Tbk managing director Jahja Suryandy.
According to Yanto, ‘One Smile’ supports the business growth of Sinar Mas Land in terms of creating awareness among non-resident users about what is happening at BSD City.
“This app was made for the community in BSD City and it’s not about making money. We want to make daily life easier and we also use this platform to give actual information through news feeds about BSD City,“ adds Yanto.
