Digi users can now get direct billing for their iflix use

Digi users can now get direct billing for their iflix use

DIGI users can now charge their subscriptions to the iflix Internet TV service to their postpaid or prepaid Digi accounts through integrated mobile carrier billing.
 
Along with a seamless payment experience, Digi customers will also receive a complimentary 60-day access to iflix which they can stream on Digi’s 4G LTE and 3G networks, Digi Telecommunication said in a statement.
 
iflix subscriptions are RM10 per month for monthly subscriptions, or RM8 per month for annual subscriptions. [RM1 = US$0.24]
 
After the 60-day complimentary access, customers who subscribe to an iflix monthly subscription plan will be entitled to an extra 1GB of Internet data quota to stream iflix on Digi’s network at no extra charge.
 
This comes after Digi Telecommunication entered into a strategic agreement with iflix.
 
“As a movie buff who also enjoys my fair share of TV, I am certain that many fans have been crying out for a service like this for a long time,” said Digi chief marketing officer Christian Thrane.
 
“iflix’s high quality, on-demand video streaming can be enjoyed conveniently on any mobile device while on the go, which is great for those looking to take a break from a long day or during their commute.
 
“We are excited to partner with iflix to bring this service to all our customers,” he added.
 
Digi customers can subscribe to this service by visiting digi.iflix.com.
