BlackBerry Q5 smartphone rolls out July 15 in Malaysia

THE new BlackBerry Q5 smartphone is expected to be available in Malaysia beginning July 15, from authorised partners Maxis, Celcom, Tune Talk, and U Mobile, BlackBerry said in a statement.
“Malaysia is a key market for us and we are excited to bring the BlackBerry Q5 smartphone here,” said Annamalai Muthu, BlackBerry’s managing director for Malaysia.
“We believe that the BlackBerry Q5 smartphone will offer a great experience to customers who want to have the power of BlackBerry 10 with a QWERTY keyboard in a stylish youthful design,” he added.
The all new BlackBerry Q5 smartphone features a QWERTY keyboard, a 3.1in touchscreen and is available in three colours – Black, Pure White and Pure Red.
It comes with the BlackBerry 10.1 software, and features such as Time Shift and Story Maker. BlackBerry said the BlackBerry World storefront now features more than 120,000 apps.
