“With emergence of cloud, big data, enterprise mobility and software-defined network solutions, there is a lot of opportunity for potential customers to consider their DCIM strategies,” said Lim.
“Emerson’s DCIM business will be an integral part of our channel go-to-market strategies and we will continue to invest to enable our channel ecosystems partners to bring value and technologies to customers,” he added.
Meanwhile, Kenny Khow was named director of the newly-created DCIM professional services team in Asia effective Aug 1.
He is responsible for building the professional services organisation including process mapping and development, resource management as well as the development of tools to ensure the success of the DCIM professional services business.
Specifically, he will be responsible for business development, portfolio development, delivery and project escalation management to meet customer expectations. Khow will report directly to Lim.

“With Wesley [Lim] at the forefront of our DCIM business in Asia, I am confident that we will be able to further strengthen our position as an industry leader in infrastructure management solutions in the region,” he added.
