goSwiff unveils new suite of professional services for banks and MNOs
GLOBAL mobile commerce and marketing services provider goSwiff unveiled a new line of professional services for banks and mobile network operators (MNOs).
 
The move is aimed at helping banks and MNOs to create efficient mobile commerce strategies and payment solution rollouts.
 
According to the Singapore-based company, the whole payment ecosystem will benefit form an active mobile payment infrastructure -- not only to enable transactions but also to increase the volumes of transactions. 
 
"Our experts are working with over 50 banks in 25 countries, helping them to establish the industry standards for mobile payment infrastructure together with the central banks, regulators and card schemes, to ensure secure mobile and online transactions and active merchants," said Simone Ranucci Brandimarte, chief executive officer of goSwiff, in a statement.
 
He added that the company has a dedicated professional services and consulting team to help clients at every stage -- from strategic planning, marketing research, analytics, mobile point of sales rollout and reader distribution to merchant activation.
 
"Our core focus is on long term partnerships to guarantee the increase of  both quality and quantity of transactions in various markets," he said.
 
The new suite of professional services comes involves two areas -- goSwiff Consulting Servicse (GCS) and goSwiff Managed Services (GMS).
 
The GCS enable clients to analyse the benefits and value of mCommerce and marketing services for their merchants before defining the strategy and implementation of mobile payment solutions. The servics under GCS include market research, strategy and business planning, commercial strategy and value added services.
 
Meanwhile, the GMS provides clients with flexible and scalable operational support and outsourcing services that is aimed at driving revenue and lowering costs. It also guarantees a smooth flow of transactions after the mCommerce platform implementation. The services under GMS include merchant activation, local support, reader distribution, new merchant acquisition and onboarding, data monetisation as well as marketing and communications.
