With the theme ‘Expanding Further’, SME BizFest 2013 is targeted at the mass SME market
TM says has more than 40 products and services to increase SME productivity and efficiency
TELEKOM Malaysia Berhad has officially launched its SME BizFest for the second year running, at its Menara TM headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.
With the theme ‘Expanding Further’, SME BizFest 2013, Telekom Malaysia claimed that SME BizFest provides a more synergistic showcase for Malaysian SMEs to increase their knowledge on how ICT can benefit and empower their businesses.
“Buoyed by TM SME BizFest’s inaugural outing last year, we’re really looking forward to this year’s edition as it will definitely be bigger and better,” said Azizi A. Hadi, executive vice president of TM’s SME business.
“In line with our ‘Business Made Easier’ approach for SMEs, this year the focus will be for in-office and out-of-office solutions. In-office solutions include Office-in-a-Box, UniFi Biz, HyppTV, SmartMap, and TM Voice, whereas out-of-office solutions encompass TM WiFi, BizApp Store, and Marketing Tools.
“We have a comprehensive suite of more than 40 innovative products and services designed to increase SME productivity and efficiency,” he added.
Among the highlights of the event are business-networking sessions, group seminars by business coaches, and a wide range of ICT solutions on exhibitions by TM and its business partners, the company said.
With NAZA, Lelong.my, Microsoft, RSH Malaysia and KTM Bikes Malaysia participating as its partners, TM SME BizFest 2013 will be held concurrently at three different locations throughout the country – the Persada Johor International Convention Center in Johor Baru (May 15); the Sunway Convention Center in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (June 11); and the Borneo Convention Center in Kuching, Sarawak (June 18).
It is expected to attract more than 10,000 participants from the SME community in Malaysia, TM said.
