Celcom, Microsoft in SME digitalisation partnership boost

Celcom, Microsoft in SME digitalisation partnership boostCelcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom) in its continuous collaboration with Microsoft Malaysia has reached out and successfully digitalised many Malaysian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with its innovative one-stop SME digital kit, Celcom Business Suite.

In a statement, Celcom claimed that a wide range of local SMEs nationwide from various industries such as retail, beauty, logistics, contractor services, car workshops, logistics and many more, have adopted digital solutions and Microsoft 365 applications via Celcom Business Suite Productivity Pack.

To support Malaysian SMEs, all subscriptions to Celcom’s Business Suite plans until Oct 22, are waived for the first three months, Celcom said.

Additionally, SMEs will continue to enjoy savings of 30% for one year under the SME Digital Matching Grant, introduced by the government through the Short-Term Economic Recovery Plan (Penjana).

Together with Microsoft, Celcom said it offers trusted innovative and affordable solutions that combine digital productivity suites and mobile plans, enabling business owners to adapt quickly to the new norm.

The enhanced plan enables business owners to manage and operate their businesses smoothly with the provision of Celcom MEGA postpaid plans that include Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, at affordable prices, it said.

Key among these digital solutions are collaborative platforms such as Microsoft Teams, which have become invaluable assets to businesses in Malaysia and across the globe, fueling business productivity and growth by enabling seamless collaboration whilst working remotely, Celcom said.
