- Singapore CFO Anaplan Challenge offers free access to system for two months
- Challenge to be officially launched during 4th CFO Innovation Forum
TO support finance leaders in the current budgeting season, cloud-based business modelling and planning solutions provider Anaplan will be launching its 'Singapore CFO Anaplan Challenge.'
In today’s fast changing and complex market, immediacy in converting data into useful information for business planning and decision-making has become a critical business differentiator, the company said in a statement.
The CFO challenge initiative is intended to offer local chief financial officers (CFOs) the opportunity to prepare their 2014 budgets within Anaplan and use the system on a trial basis for up to two months before deciding to invest.
Samir Neji (pic), Anaplan Asia managing director, said the challenge is meant to demonstrate how business modelling and planning can be made easy.
“CFOs who must make sense of spreadsheet volumes from different parts of the organisation will see how their planning process can be made more efficient and effective with Anaplan’s cloud-based system.
" We offer this ‘challenge’ to give them an edge in their forecasting, planning and analysis,” he said.
The programme will be officially launched at the 4th CFO Innovation Forum on June 25th and will run for the remainder of the year.
The Forum, which will be held at the St Regis hotel, Singapore, covers a range of topics about the financial scene, including how finance professionals can harness enterprise business intelligence and analytics software, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud computing and other new technologies.
Anaplan officially launched in Asia in April of this year. Since then, it said it has enjoyed rapid growth in the region, counting brands such as AirAsia Expedia, SNH group holdings and Petron as part of its client portfolio.
