DIGI Telecommunications Sdn Bhd announced the availability of MyDigi Subscriptions by EasyAdd, offering customers the convenience of subscribing and managing multiple subscription services from a single platform.

Fully developed in-house, MyDigi Subscriptions’ customer experience is kept simple where a single login from MyDigi is all they need to start subscribing to the services of their choice.

Navigation is also made easy as the services are grouped under four different categories - entertainment, productivity, learning and lifestyle. Customers can also manage their subscriptions seamlessly in one bill, where payment can be made via their phone bill or prepaid credit.

Digi chief marketing officer Loh Keh Jiat said, “The subscription economy in the country is thriving with savvy Malaysians enjoying multiple subscription services at any point of time. This has inspired us to create a solution to address our customers’ pain points of tracking their spend on multiple subscriptions across different bills, and management of subscription renewals across different apps and websites. MyDigi Subscriptions is the next step for us as we evolve MyDigi into a lifestyle app platform with more relevant features that complement our customers’ digital lifestyles.”

Open to all, this service is also offered to non-Digi users via www.easyadd.my that allows debit and credit card payment.

Currently there are more than 30 local and global services available to customers, ranging from startups to established service providers such as Atom & the Dot, Boxsome, Berita Harian, Busuu, CallerTunes, Classruum, Deezer, Dengue Cover+, Dimsum, EasyStore, FullAMark, Harian Metro, Hopster, Ibadat, iflix, Kaspersky, Mubi Dekho!, Mubi Sinema, NST Digital, Office 365, Spuul, The Edge, and Viu. Other great partners such as Amazon Prime Video, Didi & Friends, kidxy, Lilin+Co, Me Books Asia, Ookbee, Tillata And Veative will be made available soon.

Collaborate with Digi

Collab with Digi was also introduced as a way to reach out to new partners and make it easy for them to work with Digi. The programme is designed to help partners scale up and amplify their impact, target and engage the right audience using data insights, with the goal of reaching more customers.

Digi has made it easy for partners to integrate into their platform, as simple as plug-and-play in a manner that is convenient for partners through open APIs to ensure seamless integration to their billing and payment services. Partners can be up and running as soon as two weeks.

MyDigi subscriptions by EasyAdd gives partners the freedom from rigid revenue-sharing models to focus on what matters. This enables businesses of all types, small and large, to work with Digi to scale and take advantage of promising new revenue channels.

Digi head of Digital Products and Services Prashant Pathmanaban, said, “By partnering with us, businesses can connect to 3.5 million MyDigi customers and beyond, giving them the opportunity to unlock new revenue streams. This is a win-win platform where we build a wider range of offerings for customers by onboarding more partners to reach their target audience. A great example is the box subscriptions where the platform gives a traditionally offline business, a new lease of life online. We look forward to grow our partner network with this new programme.”
