Celcom’s Jaringan Prihatin programme offers an extra RM60 rebate for prepaid and postpaid customers in addition to the government’s Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat programme, which offers subsidies of RM300 for eligible households and RM180 for eligible individuals.
This begins with Celcom’s XP Lite postpaid plans, which comes at RM38 per month and enables eligible B40 households or individuals to enjoy a brand new free 4G smartphone, together with 8GB of internet quota, additional free 60GB internet quota per month for 12 months, unlimited calls and unlimited Internet access for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and WhatsApp.
For more choices of free 4G smartphones and rebates of up to RM360, customers can upgrade to Celcom XP Lite L pass at RM58 per month.
Addtionally, Celcom Xpax’s most affordable monthly prepaid internet plan at RM20 per month, enables eligible household customers to a free Nokia C2 4G smartphone with unlimited Internet access and unlimited calls, Celcom said.
For both eligible household and individual Celcom Xpax prepaid customers on the RM20 monthly Internet plan, they will also enjoy RM5 rebate together with an additional RM60 worth of monthly rebates, for one-year, as long as they remain active.
Eligible Celcom postpaid and prepaid customers with Jaringan Prihatin monthly Internet passes or plans will also be able to access free 2GB internet for one hour daily via the Celcom Life app. The free 2GB internet (free 60GB per month) is redeemable daily for 12 months upon opting into Celcom’s Jaringan Prihatin programme.
