Students from the Asia Pacific University College of Technology and Innovation (UCTI) have developed an application called WizBoard that they believe would help solve the problem of teacher shortage anywhere in the world. They were declared winners of the Malaysian Leg of Microsoft’s Imagine Cup student competition.
