TM and TIME shout for joy over SKR1M cable pact
Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) said it has signed a Construction and Maintenance Agreement (C&MA) with TT dotcom Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TIME dotCom Bhd, for the development and construction of a new submarine cable system called Sistem Kabel Rakyat 1 Malaysia (SKR1M).
