SINCE going live on pitchIN at the start of July, TRB Ventures’ ECF campaign has been very well supported. To date 156 investors have put in US$604,305 (RM2.5 million) into the campaign, with the largest investor to date committing US$120,861 (RM500,000). This leaves just RM500,000 available for investors.

TRB Ventures is a proptech company focused on the digitalisation of the real estate ecosystem to speed up and simplify end-to end-transactions.

The company developed MHub; a suite of apps to achieve this goal. Since its launch two years ago, MHub has transacted close to US$1.93 billion (RM8 billion) worth of properties and currently has US$12.09 billion (RM50 billion) worth of properties on the platform.

The people-powered property platform brings together property developers, real estate agents, bankers, lawyers and buyers providing a win-win solution for all.

Using real time certified data, MHub’s platform significantly reduces the turnaround time for credit checks and loan applications from days to minutes, improving the process for all parties.

MHub was also the co-developer of Southeast Asia’s first online mortgage pre-qualifier tool powered by CTOS, Malaysia’s leading credit reporting agency.

pitchIN is a Malaysian ECF platform. It has raised over US$7.98 million (RM33 million) for 32 companies to date.

Equity crowdfunding is regulated in Malaysia by the Securities Commission and it is open to both local and foreign investors.

Positioned as long term investments, investors get shares in the companies they invest in. Equity crowdfunding gives investors access to fast growing companies at the stage when they offer the highest potential for future growth.

TRB Ventures will use the funds raised on marketing, team growth and working capital. With its suite of apps completed, TRB Ventures is uniquely positioned to become the platform of choice for property transactions from end to end.

Minimum investment in TRB Ventures equity crowdfunding campaign is US$556 (RM2,300). The ECF deal will end when it reaches its maximum target of US$725,166 (RM3 million). To invest or learn more, head to www.equity.pitchin.my.
