In a move to address the growing need for upskilled workforces, Malaysian HR and payroll system Kakitangan.com has partnered with Talentvis Academy, a leading training provider in Southeast Asia. This collaboration aims to provide SMEs with a one-stop solution for high-quality training programmes, empowering employees with in-demand skills, the startup said in a statement.

Leveraging over ten years of experience in Malaysian HR and payroll regulations, with a user base exceeding 10,000 SMEs with over 150,000 staff and processing a combined payroll of over RM8 billion, Kakitangan.com stated that it is well-positioned to understand the unique needs of SMEs. Together with Talentvis Academy's curated selection of professional courses led by industry experts, this partnership creates an integrated learning experience that enables businesses to bridge the skills gap and thrive in today’s competitive market.

The innovative platform, aptly named 'Up and Up Training Academy – The only way to success is UP!', offers a comprehensive range of training options to help businesses achieve their goals.

Talentvis Academy was established by Talentvis, a HR solutions provider. In addition to its recruitment and outsourcing services, the firm launched Talentvis Academy, which it claims to be the first one-stop training marketplace in Southeast Asia to adopt an "e-commerce" business model. According to the company, its platform digitalises and streamlines the entire training approval process for organisations, allowing clients to request both public and in-house programmes by accessing over 200 training providers across five SEA countries with a single click. Additionally, the platform offers an effective payment system with a secure gateway and comprehensive support for HRDC-claimable courses in Malaysia.

Addressing the core challenges faced by HR professionals, Kakitangan.com said it has recognised four key areas to focus on: hiring strategies for top talent, effective people management, streamlined employee exit processes, and SME-specific skillset development.

Effon Khoo, co-founder and CEO of Kakitangan.com, said the firm is proud to be the first Malaysian-centric HR system offering integrated training solutions tailored to Malaysian SMEs. "This partnership enables employees to discover and enrol in relevant training programmes while managing other HR activities from a single platform, empowering the growth of companies within the Kakitangan.com community."

"The collaboration between Talentvis Academy and Kakitangan.com is expected to significantly contribute to the digital transformation success of organisations," said Ben Chew, Managing Director of Talentvis Academy. This sentiment was echoed by Joen Cheong, Commercial Manager of Talentvis Academy Malaysia, who stated: "Our aim is to digitalise training management for organisations, simplifying professional development, enhancing skill-building, and fostering talent career growth."

To commemorate this launch, Kakitangan.com and Talentvis Academy are offering a special promotion from September to October. Kakitangan.com customers can enjoy a 5% discount on all sign-ups. Check out the training page: https://kakitangan.talentvisacademy.com/
