U Mobile rolls out new Internet-packed prepaid pack

• 200MB of mobile Internet for RM8.50 a month, and more
• Free 1GB every month as long as prepaid SIM cards stay active

U MOBILE Sdn Bhd has announced its Power Prepaid Pack, which includes free basic Internet, free calls every day, mobile credit and more.
 
For RM8.50, Malaysian consumers can enjoy:

• 200MB of mobile Internet

• 150 minutes of free calls

• RM5 mobile credit

• 10-day validity period

• Call rate of 5 sen to all networks

• Free basic Internet (no pay-as-you-use charges).

Furthermore, prepaid customers can enjoy free 1GB of mobile Internet every month as long as their prepaid SIM cards stay active, the company said in a statement. They will also enjoy 450 free minutes of U Mobile to U Mobile calls every month.
 
“This free 1GB high-speed Internet every month … changes the landscape of product offerings in the local market, which we believe will add even greater value to consumers as we cater to their ever-growing demand for data,” said U Mobile chief marketing officer Jasmine Lee.
