- Comes with a premium aluminium build body, 5.5-inch display and refined Oxygen
- Has five custom safety measures to safeguard the adaptor, cable and phone itself
LOCAL smartphone distributor Brightstar announced that the OnePlus 3T, an upgraded variant of the OnePlus 3, will officially be available in Malaysia from March 22 onwards for RM2,229.
“OnePlus is happy to be working with Brightstar to bring the OnePlus 3T to Malaysia,” says OnePlus Global E-Commerce and Sales Operations head Steven Gao.
“With Dash Charge, a beautiful design and strict attention to detail, the OnePlus 3T will offer a powerful and customisable user experience for customers in Malaysia.”
The OnePlus 3T’s design brings together the most premium materials of a flagship smartphone. It is carved out of a single slab of aluminium alloy for a seamless and resilient build.
At 7.35 mm, the metal unibody is light and comfortably thin. The OnePlus 3T also sports a new Gunmetal colour that gives it a bold look, while the Soft Gold version offers a subtle elegance.
The stunning 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display produces colours that are said to be more vivid than other AMOLED displays while offering excellent battery life.
Meeting the needs of power hungry users is the OnePlus 3T’s Dash Charge that is said to provide a day’s worth of power with just half an hour of charging. Adding to that is the fact that OnePlus 3T also sports an upgraded 3,400 mAh battery, a 13% increase from the OnePlus 3.
Along with five custom safety measures in place to safeguard the adaptor, cable and phone itself, users can charge the OnePlus 3T as fast as possible without worry.
Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor (2.35 GHz) with 6GB of RAM, the OnePlus 3T packs plenty of power to handle multitasking resource-intensive apps and games, without delay or lag.
The OnePlus 3T’s 16 MP rear camera benefits from Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) for capturing sharper images and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) algorithm for smoother video capture.
OnePlus says the updated 16 MP front camera intelligently combines pixels to gather more light and reduce noise in low light scenarios, resulting in clearer, more colourful photos in any condition.
OnePlus’ custom operating system, OxygenOS, offers a clean, fast and customisable experience. It is said to offer more consistent updates guided largely by user feedback.
The OnePlus 3T available in Gun Metal and Soft Gold, comes with 64GB storage and is now available through Brightstar Distribution Sdn Bhd authorised retailers.
