First Samsung experience centre opens in Malaysia

• Interactive and new brand experience all under one roof
• Includes one-hour repair service, free tutorials and lessons

SAMSUNG Malaysia Electronics has officially opened its first Samsung Premium Care & Experience Centre in Malaysia, at Wisma Bentley Music, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
 
The centre, spanning over 14,000 sq ft, brings consumers one step closer to the ‘Samsung universe,’ the company said in a statement.
 
“Samsung endeavours to provide consumers with enriching experiences at the heart of everything that we do,” said Samsung Malaysia Electronics managing director Lee Dong Yong.
 
“The new Samsung Premium Care & Experience Centre serves as a hub for consumer’s everyday lifestyle needs, redefining what everyone can do with our latest innovations,” he claimed.
 
One of the key highlights at the centre offering is a one-hour mobile device repair service. It also serves as one-stop solution centre for all Samsung products and services.
 
Another feature is the in-house ‘Smart Academy,’ where consumers can enjoy complimentary tutorials on in-depth tips and insights into Samsung devices. Classes are open for booking online starting from Feb 1 onwards.
