Symantec appoints Lim Suk Hua as Malaysia country manager

 

SYMANTEC announced the appointment of Lim Suk Hua (pic) as country manager, Symantec Malaysia. Lim will be responsible for leading the enterprise security business and growing the company’s presence and market position in Malaysia.

An IT industry veteran for more than 20 years, Lim has held senior leadership roles with several technology companies and has a strong understanding of the information technology industry in Malaysia.

Prior to joining Symantec, Lim led the security business for Palo Alto Networks in Malaysia. In this capacity, Lim was responsible for developing sales strategy and planning, as well as driving demand generation and channel review for the Malaysia business.

She has also worked with IBM Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Hitachi Data Systems, and EMC2 Computer Systems (M) Sdn Bhd.

Lim has extensive experience working with financial services, government, telecommunications customers in Malaysia and building high-performance teams. Lim starts her role as country manager in April.
