- In their 20th year, the Goh brothers show unquenchable desire for growth

Macrokiosk, the leading digital technology company in Asia, marked a significant milestone May 29 as its founders completed the acquisition of the remaining equities of Macrokiosk not already owned by the Founders from Japan’s GMO Internet Group’s unit, GMO Payment Gateway Inc (GMO-PG), for an undisclosed sum. Through the acquisition the founders, namely Kenny Goh, Henry Goh and C.S. Goh, obtain full ownership and control of Macrokiosk Group.

Its recent rankings in the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2020 and Statista Malaysia’s Growth Champion 2020 reinforce Macrokiosk’s position as one of the fastest growing companies in Malaysia and Asia Pacific. Since its inception in year 2000, Macrokiosk has been recording strong year-over-year growth with a record revenue of RM253 million in 2019, profitable and debt-free. According to the founders, Macrokiosk is on track to achieve another record-breaking revenue in 2020 despite the challenging economic climate resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, as it remains committed in playing a pivotal role as an accelerator in the region’s digital economy and global digital marketplace.
