During the quarter ended October 31, 2016, its Go Shop operation - which was officially February last year - recorded a revenue of RM62.4 million. This is 16% lower than the RM74.3 million it registered in the second quarter.

The lower revenue was mainly due to the lower number of products sold in the quarter, and the festive season promotion in the preceeding quarter.

However, when one look at the nine-month picture, the numbers were much more positive. During the nine months period, the home shopping business reported a revenue of RM200.6 million -- a 58% increase from the RM126.4 million same period a year ago.

During the period, there were 1.13 million products sold (652,700 products sold a year ago), 912,400 orders (528,300 orders a year ago) and 690,800 customers (428,900 customers a year ago).

With the company's recent its partnership with Starhub, it will not be surprising to see the company's Home Shopping unit to continue to grow over the near to medium-term.
